Posni baget sa čeri paradajzom

​Za današnji dan predlažemo vam da napravite posne bagete sa čeri paradajzom.

Sastojci

-150 ml tople vode

-pola kesice suvog  kvasca

-1 kašičica šećera

-pola kašičice soli

-50 ml ulja

-300 g mekog brašna

-posni majonez

-susam

-čeri paradajz

Priprema

U činiju sipajte suvi kvasac, šećer i kašičicu brašna. Promiješajte i prelijte toplom vodom.

Ostavite 10 minuta da kvasac proradi. Dodajte ulje, so i brašnom zamijesite tijesto. U nauljenu posudu prebacite tijesto, pokrijte i os-tavite 30 do 45 minuta na toplom mjestu.

Nadošlo tijesto podijelite na dva dijela. Svaki dio razvucite u oblik bageta i prebacite na pleh obložen pek-papirom.

Bagete premažite po-snim majonezom i pospite susamom.

Po sredini napravite udubljenje var-jačom, te u njega složite četvrtine čeri paradajza i pospite morskom solju.

Pecite u zagarijanoj rerni na 200 ste-peni oko 20 minuta.
